Prof can prescribe medicine but not offer care via Telehealth. Absurd! Reimbursed the same for in-person versus Telehealth.

How do you PE over video? They used to require PE documentation but don’t anymore. You still have to do the PE! WTF!

How do/should physicians use ChatGPT? Determine your goals. Understand that it’s an assistant. Trust but verify. Provide it feedback. LOMN is a great use of ChatGPT. Patient materials is a good use of ChatGPT. Letters or Emails is a great use. “Cut the Scut” → Save time!

You can do synchronous and asynchronous telehealth (“Store-and-Forward” is an example of the latter.)

Since pandemic, no putting this genie back in the bottle, espcially with younger patients. Good to expand reach of care to rural areas as well. People have shifted to WFH a lot.

Telehealth does not replace all in-person visits.

Takes Sarah a full day to pull all the lab data, “waht happened between December and now”, etc etc to create a summary for prof for the 10 patients see sees the next day!!
