Opinion < Observation < Experiment
Intervention == Exposure in the context of what we’re talking about.
Prevalence: Snapshot of who has what. This works for cross-sectional/slice studies. But you cannot do incidence! This has to do with new things. New implies temporality. There is no temporality in cross-sectional studies. Because of this, there cannot be causal assertions. You can only speak of associations.
