  • The Expat - Popular with Morningside students. Went twice, once with Catherine (people were celebrating Mamdani’s win) and once for a belated birthday celebration. Nice selection of beer. Chill. Get the Vietnamese omelette.
  • Kesari - Indian food
  • Panna II - Amazing vibe
  • Crown Shy - Michelin - Best Chicken
  • Golan Heights (187th and Amsterdam) - Shawarma
  • The Hamilton (#) - Nice little whiskey bar. Cozy, great Happy Hours. Awesome classic rock and hip hop. Trivia sundays at 6:30!
  • The Lions Head (#) - Cozy as heck. Nice beers on tap. Outside seating at a corner. Go middle of week and day to relax. Take a book. Go to the church nearby.

  • La Cheile (#) - My haunt. A few blocks away from where I live. Great food, atmosphere. They pour a fantastic pint of Guinness. Happy Hour from 4-7.
